Evaluation and Case Study Opportunities

We welcome the chance to grow our database of evidence, and would be keen to partner any client in evaluating any Sales Development or Recruitment activity commissioned from us.

Depth and Breadth Of Our Evaluation: Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels

Kirkpatrick’s evaluation theory has become arguably the most widely used and popular model for the evaluation of training and learning. His four-level model is considered an industry standard across HR and training communities. The four levels essentially measure:

  1. Reaction of student: what they thought and felt about the training
  2. Learning: the resulting increase in knowledge or capability
  3. Behaviour: extent of behaviour and capability improvement
  4. Results: the effects on the business or environment resulting from the trainee's performance

Levels 1 and 2 are relatively easily achieved at the end of a training programme through Course Reaction Sheets and Tests.

Level 3 can only be achieved through observation post training and is always dependent on the cooperation and skill of the observer.

Level 4 is the most valuable form of evaluation. As it requires the detailed analysis of all available performance data it is often avoided.

We prefer to evaluate at Level 3 & 4 as we believe this is how we can give sales focused businesses the results they need from a partner.

If you are interested in evaluating your own business results in partnership with Remap we would normally require the following types of data:

Sales Team Development

  • Individual sales and activity data for 6 -12 months prior to our intervention
  • Individual sales and activity data for 6-12 months post our intervention
  • Data on other influences, which have occurred in the evaluation period

Recruitment

  • Data on the performance of the territory the candidate inherits for 6-12 months prior to recruitment
  • Individual sales and activity data for 6-12 months post recruitment
  • Data on other influences, which have occurred in the evaluation period
  • A contrast group of candidates who weren’t recruited using Remap

NB: We would also request that Remap were able to use a Branded or anonimised version of results for their own promotional purposes.
