Development Workshops

  • 2007 saw Remap continue to deliver our unique Sales Call Reluctance Workshops into a variety of industries including Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Market Research, and 2008 looks set to be another exciting year.
  • In addition to our well established client base, some of whom we have worked with for over 5 years, we have been fortunate enough to have begun new relationships with 4 new businesses during the first 2 months of the year, and we look forward to evaluating the results of these alliances in the forthcoming months
  • Workshop evaluation has always been of vital importance to us (and to our client companies!), and we were very pleased to be able publish the 2nd of our Case Studies early last year. Once again the study was conducted over a 2 year period and, once again, the results speak for themselves: 25% increase in sales in just 7 months, and a sustained increase in sales growth over 12 months of 43% !!

Recruitment Support

  • 2007 saw demand continue to grow for our unique Recruitment Profiling Tool and Interview Report; we now have 10 client companies using our services on a regular basis and over 200 applicants within the Pharmaceutical Industry were asked to complete our questionnaire as part of their selection process for new employment.
  • It’s 80% Predictive Validity helps recruit HIGH PRODUCING salespeople and eliminates the risk of employing marginal producers.
  • Through extensive field testing of a variety of different approaches, including feedback from our ‘end users’ in HR and Sales Management, we have now produced a refined and pragmatic approach to the production of the Remap Interview Report, which fits most client needs.
  • The introduction of an ‘Interview Support Guide’ to support all users has enabled us to produce a simple and effective report and yet at the same time allow the Interviewer much needed autonomy and flexibility.
  • We continue to produce bespoke strategies for a number of our clients who require certain specific inclusions, such as alignments to Company Competency Based Interview structures etc; the client’s needs are our priority.
