Martin Perry LicCIPD
Licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds the Financial Planning Certificate awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute. Prior to launching Remap, he held managerial and managerial training positions for over 14 years in large Corporate businesses including the Prudential and the Post Office.
As well being one of only a handful of nationally accredited facilitators of SPQ Gold (Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance), he has an extensive training background covering TNA, evaluation, training design, training delivery, performance management and project management.

Ian Saunders AssocCIPD
Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds the Financial Planning Certificate awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has held managerial positions in both Retail and financial services industries. Specialising in conceptual development, he is also one of only a handful of nationally accredited trainers of SPQ Gold (Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance). He has an extensive background of effective face to face development supported by a skill set of project management, performance assessment and multimedia training design and production.

Tim Tolman
Holds the Financial Planning Certificate awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute. A manager for ten years with one of the largest Financial Services companies in Britain, Prudential, and held positions which included Sales Manager, Training and Competency Sales Manager and Branch Training Manager. Extensive field based performance management and development experience and is one of only a handful of nationally accredited trainers of SPQ Gold™ (Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance). His extensive training experience includes TNA & evaluation, training and design.
