A two day Programme which mirrors our renowned ReMap Development Programme aimed at Sales People, this unique opportunity also includes 4 weeks of personalised Coaching from a ReMap coach in order to consolidate their learning on the 2 day workshop.

Improved Engagement Programme

Aimed at helping businesses where there are ‘difficulties’ with departmental staff cohesion and / or issues with individuals who just don’t fulfil the expectations of their manager in terms of group interaction and assertiveness either internally or externally.
 
A one-day session uses the results of the Meeting People Questionnaire (MPQ®) in order to help non-sales employees explore and improve the way they interact with internal and external clients.

The MPQ® is the sister assessment tool to the SPQ*Gold® and will help explain, and overcome, any workplace or social interaction barriers that prevent people meeting their objectives.

Assertiveness Workshop

A practical one day session.  It provides a comfortable structure for people to achieve the confidence required to stand up for themselves and have the conversations they need to have, with those they need to have it with, in order to achieve the results they feel they deserve!

For people who have never been provided with the right skillsets to feel comfortable adopting an assertive approach with people, right through to those who have just become a little rusty.
