Ian has always been in sales; from clothing retail, financial services and now ReMap. Along the way he has managed and trained others as well as developed his own sales and training skillset, including becoming an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has held managerial positions in both Retail and Financial Services.
Specialising in personal development for all types of sales people, he is also one of only a handful of nationally European accredited trainers of the SPQ*Gold® (Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance). He has an extensive background of effective face-to-face development supported by a skill set of project management, performance assessment and multimedia training design and production.
However, at the end of the day, the thing that still gives Ian the most reward is helping sales people feel more comfortable…and sell more.
Away from work, he lives in the market town of Melton Mowbray, manages the Melton Foxes under 13-football team and enjoys country life with his family and two Border Terriers.
